What we keep
When you write to Bayham, we keep your correspondence and the contact details in it, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. We also keep anything else you choose to include.
Why we keep it
We use it to deal with your correspondence and to look after the family's affairs. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling those matters. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence while the matter it relates to is open and for six years after it closes. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us at enquiries@bayham.co. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
